Priscilla Hung

Priscilla Hung has served as a member of the board of directors since August 2020. She the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Guidewire. Before Guidewire, she held management positions at SAP Ariba, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle Corporation. She also serves on the boards of Xerox Holdings Corporation, Veeva Systems Inc., and Waystar Holding Corp. Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Mills College and a Master of Engineering in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
